Since the CoP Dialogue and Round Table in Setúbal, June 2002*, I've been getting a lot of correspondence from people, particularly from Portugal and Brazil, asking for more information.  So here are some links as a starting point for entering the discourse and community of Communities of Practice. Suggestions welcome.
